Everything we offer is made-to-order using a drop-shipping service, which means there is less wastage and more ethical shipping routes. We don't hold stock as everything is made to order. The shipping costs are decided by the shipping courier used, not Flowers & Fantasy Co. 

We are happy to accept and fulfill custom orders, but there will be no returns or refunds available for custom-made items.
